La Chicana Tiendita is not responsible for ANY allergies injuries reactions. Ingredients are listed within every product description. All products are made in a sanitized & clean area, and cleansed after production! Please stop use if any irritation occurs. Always test product on a patch of skin before contact with eye or lips.
La Chicana Tiendita does not accept order cancellations, returns, and last but not least exchanges before andor after the order has been shipped.
La Chicana Tiendita is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If the shipment was already sent out and ended up lost, that is out of La Chicana Tiendita control. Please make sure you contact the carrier from where item was shipped. Example : USPS , UPS , FEDEX etc
If a package was sent back this happened regarding an insufficient address: At checkout, double check for accuracy on your address, including your house/apt/unit/etc. To have items resent to the buyer after it has been returned to the sender, there is an additional shipping fee. La Chicana Tiendita is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by thee consumer.
If the address mistake was made before a consumer receives their tracking email, they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting La Chicana Tiendita. If the consumer has received a tracking email, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
If the wrong product was shipped to you by mistake or you are missing a product from your order, email us through lachicanatiendita@gmail.com. Make sure you add a subject to your email, regarding the specific manner. As well, please include proof [photo is perfect] of your order of what was ordered and what was received.
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be processed. All items are usually shipped through USPS services. If you have failed to receive a tracking number within a span of five days, your order has been shipped but there must be an error in the system. Feel free to email us in order to obtain tracking number.
Friendly Reminder : La Chicana Tiendita often offers pre orderz on exclusive itemz. Pre orders can take up to 4-8 weeks to ship out. If your order contains an item that is considered " pre order " it will not ship until the 4-8 week time frame. If you are impatient please do not order an item with the text " PRE ORDER " added in description. If you place an order that contains a pre order item and a item that is ready to be shipped out + on hand ; Your order will be shipped out together. We do recommend if you need the other on hand itemz as soon as possible you do two separate transactions.
